I haven't played LiS1 or before the storm yet, but I plan to soon. I was interested in getting this game because I love the style of game (choices matter and stuff) but from what I have heard LiS2 is horrible compared to 1 and before the storm. So knowing all this, is it worth getting this game since it is on sale? Or should I save my time and money? Personally, i loved it just for the concept of it being about actual life problems for my age; i felt the story sincerely since it talks about serious problems in our community. What i'm seriously worried about is that the season 2 won't hold up the quality of the first one because of rushing projects. I love Life is Strange and Before the Storm. So much that I have Zoe’s butterfly 🦋 tattooed on my arm. It’s one of my favourite games of all time. I didn’t really enjoy LiS 2. For a cheap buck On a sale I do think it’s worth picking up, but it’s nowhere near the first game. Based on 38 critics. Based on 166 user reviews. Episode 1: Roads sets Life is Strange 2 up for potentially great things, but the entertaining moments are extremely fleeting in what is clearly intended to be an emotionally-driven adventure that works to set the tone for what is to come, with particular value placed on the story of brotherhood Life is Strange's story makes the game worth it for those who have never played the game. However, there are not enough extra elements that will encourage players to get the Remastered collection Before the Storm is a phenomenal game. I personally enjoyed it even more than the first, but I have a very unpopular opinion. Life is Strange 2 is definitely worth buying, but don't expect it to be as good as Life is Strange and Before the Storm. The soundtrack of Before the Storm is even better than the first game's though, it was done by Ecpwvgo. Don't Nod. Don't Nod Entertainment SA (formerly traded as Dontnod Entertainment) is a French video game developer and publisher based in Paris. Founded in June 2008, it started development on Remember Me (2013). Because of its poor return on investment, Don't Nod entered "judicial reorganisation" in 2013. With the help of French agency funding Amazing game but… 1: a ton of swearing. 2: not the best influence 3: Totally depends on your kid. If your kids cant handle swearing death etc no way dude. My kids are totally fine with it and they are 12 and 14. BUT there is some educational value. It's worth it. The first four chapters are some of the most unique and special feeling gaming I've played. But the last chapter throws it all away and doesn't come close to living-up to the high bar set by the rest of the game, and instead is like spitting on the previous chapters and is actually one of the very most disappointing and disheartening endings to a game I've experienced. After all the awful things Life is Strange 2 has shown me, I still don’t feel like Sean or Daniel even grew very much in all of this. It wasn’t worth it. It wasn’t worth it. None of it was.
